Dynamic QR Code Generator

We have developed a technology to generate Unique encrypted QR codes and to maintain its identity throughout its lifecycle.

All transactional events could be captured intelligently right from the birth of the QR code till it is alive and stored on the servers. The transactional events thus forming a Data string is chained on that unique QR code which could be maneuvered and tracked for various analytical processes and purposes.

Three of the largest Corporate houses in India have shown immense interest in the concept and various POCs are under way for final Solution rollouts.

How will QR code Make your Inventory Management System easy?

Thinking of implementing an inventory control, it becomes difficult to decide and settle on a one-stop solution. Then, the QR code inventory management system is the solution you are searching for the control of your inventory.

QR codes have become a well-known technology that is used worldwide to track inventories.

Track packaging of the final Bottle in the Boxes to the Packing list. Manage cases in the Bonded

Warehouses. Track products across the distribution network to Countercheck Channel infiltration. Track Manufacturing and Excise payment history. Secure brands against spurious products.

Design of QR Code

Earlier, where 1D or linear barcode was designed to be mechanically scanned by a narrow beam of light now the QR codes are detected by the 2D digital image sensor and after gets digitally analyzed by a programmed processor.

The design of the QR code has three distinctive squares at the corners of the QR image. The processor locates these squares using the smaller square present near the fourth corner to normalize the size of the image, its orientation, and its view angle.

Then the small dots present on the QR code image are converted to binary numbers and get it validated with an error-correcting algorithm.

Storage of QR Code

The QR code is meant to store the information about the locator, identifier, or tracker in the various forms of standardizing encoding modes such as:

  • Numeric (10 bits per 3 digits)
  • Alphanumeric (11 bits per 2 characters, can’t store lowercase letters)
  • Binary (8 bits per ch aracter)
  • Kanji (13 bits per character)

The data storage amount of the QR code symbol depends on the data type and error correction level. The information stored in QR codes includes positioning markings, alignment marking, time pattern, version barcode information, format information, keys for error and data correction, quiet zone, and more.

Few advantages of QR Code Inventory Management System

From business cards to church bulletins QR codes are something that is popping everywhere. The QR code in itself has stored a huge amount of information that can be easily scanned and stored on a mobile phone.

QR code is an important tool for inventory management and manufacturing of inventories.

Some of the advantages of QR code inventory management system are as follows:

  1. QR code is used to track more than names and prices of products, this will include information such as serial number, part number, lots and dates, and other data.
  2. The organization can move towards QR code when their barcode systems run out of capacity as the components which are used in QR code can exceed the limit of a maximum number of items as compared to a standard barcode.
  3. QR code inventory management is easier to handle and work with because the QR codes are typically easy to read through mobile phones and they don’t require the bulky handheld scanners to read them.
  4. The QR code can be scanned from any direction with a wide-angle range of 360 degrees. This feature makes it easier for a device to read the QR code moreover reduces the chance of occurrence of issues with background interference.
  5. The QR code is made to store up to 100 times more information than a conventional horizontal barcode.
  6. Today most organizations are choosing QR codes standard barcodes as they can store URLs, geo coordinates, and texts.
  7. The QR codes are made to maintain the low-cost price as the organizations don’t find any need to purchase scanners to record inventory transactions efficiently.
  8. The employees of warehouses and storage facilities nowadays prefer to use smartphones for scanning QR codes as they are more convenient and easier to use.
  9. There is no need for smartphones to be physically connected to the system or to be in close proximity to the system for inventory management operations in a warehouse.
  10. The QR codes have become a popular kind of barcode choice in supply chain operations as they can store more data information and lend themselves easily to scan via smartphone.
  11. QR codes can bridge different forms of marketing streams together. The organizations can save money by distributing QR code to their website or URL.
